    Ingredients:
    1/2 kg of konafa
    2 cup of milk
    5-6 big spoons of corn flour
    2 big spoons of sugar powder
    2 cup of sugar
    One cup of water
    Drops of lemon
    Drops of vanilla
    Cup of molten butter

    Instructions;
    In a pan put sugar and water till boiling put lemon and vanilla leaves it side
    In a pan put milk and corn flour and put on stove till texture becomes thick
    In a big dish cut konafa into small pieces
    Put sugar then molten butter mix well
    In a tray put one spoon of butter and paint tray
    Put half quantity of konafa then add milk mixture ( only in the middle of the tray)
    Put the other konafa half
    Put the tray on the stove and rotate it each 2 minutes
    After the ends becomes golden
    Upside down the tray on the other side
    When 2 sides become golden (it takes 10 minutes)
    Put cold syrup
    on hot tray distribute well
