1st pic: Anchovies in green sauce; Piedmontese meat sampler including tartare, raw sausage and vitello tonnato
2nd pic: Risotto with pistachio cream and brandy bacon (I found the bacon a bit tough, but it was a nice idea, there was also a peanut-sesame flavor in there which gave it an almost Asian savoriness); tagliatelle with lamb ragú
3rd pic: Baked croaker with bearnaise, cime di rapa, and roasted peppers; veal (I forget the cut) with potatoes and fried artichokes.
I forget the wine varietal but it was a lovely skin contact, also from Piedmont I believe. Not pictured is a bunet we shared for dessert.
Had we known the portions were so large we probably wouldn’t have ordered three courses as we were bursting by the end, but no regrets! 😊 Everything was excellent.
For those curious, the restaurant was called Cibo Container, I highly recommend!

May I ask, what wine did you accompany the meal with?
