Yup, it’s very popular in this sub. I personally like it better than Huy Fong. It goes great on fried beef liver with onions.

Didn’t find it quite as sweet as other srirachas which was a plus for me. Has pretty good flavor and heat without being overbearing

I switched to it after I couldn’t get Huy Fong and I like it a lot. It’s my frequent flyer hot sauce. I chose this one because the ingredients were closest to the original and it did not disappoint.
I did pick up a $1 mini bottle of Melinda’s Sriracha that I am looking forward to trying out though.

Yellow bird blue agave sriracha is my favorite currently. I’ll try to find this tomorrow and see how it stacks up. So far this sub hasn’t let me down!
