Do y’all refrigerate after opening?

    No. It needs to be room temperature for me.

  3. No it’s fine. You can if you like it cold but it’ll last a year or two like any other oil. In fact it may last longer as chili peppers are a preservative. Just keep it sealed and away from light.

    Nope. I dont want it cooling off whatever dish or ramen I’m adding it to.

    Yeah don’t refrigerate, it gets all clumped up.

    Also look for the chili *in oil*, and not the chili *sauce*. Big difference.

    No sir, and if you go to restaurants it’s always on the table at room temp.

    No but I do refrigerate homemade chili crisp. I assume the bottled stuff is magic.
