    nice set up but i would probably switch the grinder with eg the knock box, just to not have it right next to the heat of the stove and potential fat sprinklings

    It’s better not to have stuff sitting on your scales constantly, it might mess up the measuring in time. Enjoy your espresso journey!

    Looking good and it will be very similar to mine. I have a Bambino at home and there is a DF64 Gen 2 on order as we speak.

    I’d say it’s slightly more advanced than ‘beginner’.
