Just finished chopping up my first pickled radishes! But I have a question, are they supposed to be wrinkled on the skin like that? They haven’t been sitting in my fridge yet – since they were freshly chopped – and I put it in once they were topped with rice vinegar & water. I’m very unfamiliar with them, and want to make sure I don’t cause them to go rotten. Thank you in advance!
