(just a pic in topic) (i didn’t mean anything bad in this post)
I have serious concerns that there is something wrong either with me or amout of ramen in one pack
Problem is simple: no matter how hungry I am, i never can finish the whole pack😂. (It is meant for one portion for one person, am i right?)
I know this is not something that bad but I just wonder how people can not only finish the whole portion of ramen with toppings, but sometimes even add rice cakes or dumplings on top
Like, what’s the secret? Is it your only meal in a day? I feel bad throwing half of food from my plate in trashbin but there is no human possibility for me to eat the while thing. How to solve that problem?

Be happy your body naturally turns off its appetite when appropriate.
My dad breaks the noodle puck in half and tries to split the soup packet in half. That doesn’t always work though. Some times he gets a full serving of soup with half the noodles. Which he is fine with.
I think it really depends on which noodles you’re eating, and your own typical appetite/normal amount of food per meal.
I eat many different brands of instant noodles, and some are tiny, only 60-85g (like Indomie), so I have to eat two packs or I will still be hungry.
Others are like 200g, so I am usually fine with one pack. I often have rice or something else with the noodles. I eat a lot in general though, so like I said, I think it just really varies from person to person.
Lucky. 1 is never enough for me. 2 is just right. Or maybe 1-1.5 w/ a bowl of rice to finish a soupy ramyun off lol
