Today we’re going to make a hot rata dip it’s fun and it’s easy and it’s fast and it’s good first step take your dish and go ahead and put your rata cheese right in it next I’m going to go ahead and put my red pepper flake right on top next

I’m going to take my salt I’m going use about a half of a teaspoon use about a half of a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper about 3/4 of a cup of Parmesan cheese and i’ like to use a microp plainer just going to take leaves

Of the thme and I’m looking for about maybe three teaspoons of thyme I’m going to take my garlic press and just give that a good squeeze I’m going to put my parsley right in next I need a splash olive oil I’m thinking veto and Joe so

We’re going to hit about a tablespoon to two I want to do a really good stir now guys we’re going to finish it off so I’m going to give it a little drizzle of olive oil over the top I’m going to hit it with some Parmesan cheese I’m going

To put this in the middle rack 375 for 20 minutes and then what I’m going to do is the last 10 I’m going to hit the upper broil to get that top nice and warm and crispy and brown I want to get my end dime going while that’s cooking

Just cut the bottom off and then you’re just going to take your calendar just pop each one in there individually they’ll come apart perfect what I’m going to do is take some really cold water rinse everything off and I’m going to put everything right in the refrigerator guys I’ve got my end dive

Out of the refrigerator so I’m going to set those up just pulled it out how beautiful is that I’m going to go right in there look how fantastic that is I wish I could do it for you guys
