Gator hammock is super delicious, not very hot though. Dave’s is hot and has mixed reviews on the flavor.

Gator Hammock is great and is a staple in my kitchen.
Dave’s is one of the OG ultra-hot hot sauces, and probably one of the most widely distributed. I remember trying one of his sauces back in the early-to-mid ‘90s and it having a major kick, but I don’t remember a lot else about it as to flavor or anything.
They’ve been around forever, so they must be doing something right.
