Cook your favorite plant-based pasta according to package instructions.

Toss the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce, and garnish with fresh basil.
Creamy Avocado Pasta:
Blend ripe avocados with fresh basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a creamy sauce.
Cook your pasta and toss it with the avocado sauce.
Add cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and a drizzle of olive oil for extra flavor.
Mushroom and Spinach Alfredo:
Sauté mushrooms and spinach in olive oil until they are cooked down.
Prepare a plant-based Alfredo sauce using cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, and plant-based milk.
