Hi everybody everybody I’m back everybody Genie young is back to show you all how easy it is to make bira tacos these bira tacos absolutely amazing they’re so easy to make if you make it Gina Young style you’re going to love me for this recipe here’s the ingredients you’re going to need it’s

Quite a few but it’s worth all of the ingredients you’re going to be using so we’re going to need some broth I’m going to be using beef broth but if you have vegetable or chicken broth that’s fine okay you’re going to need some type of hot sauce your favorite hot sauce we

Have some Sal of ver day and it’s mild in flavor um you’re going to need some roasted red peppers and you’re also going to need a little bit of tomato sauce over this way I have fresh cilantro I have vegetable oil a nice sweet Vidalia onion and back here I have

Fresh garlic I also have mozzarella cheese and I have corn tortillas a couple spices to make this thing taste good so let’s start this way we have some beef Buon saone wor toir sauce adobo garlic and onion powder chili powder and paprika cumin and all spice and of

Course you’re going to need a chuck roast make sure your hands are impeccably clean let’s get started with this amazing recipe Genie young I am super excited to show you all how easy it is to make Mexican Bea tacos now I just have to be honest with you

All when you make this recipe it’s going to take some time but it’s definitely worth the wait because they are so delicious and what I love about this recipe is you know sometimes when you make a recipe um you eat it and then you don’t want to heat it up you can reheat

These you can reheat them the next day and they’re totally delicious so if you have leftovers send your husband or your wife to work with them it’s going to be just as good as it was you know the night you ate them okay so first thing

We need to do is chop up some veggies just like so okay so now I have some fresh garlic here and I’m going to use the side of my knife just to whack it real good just like so okay and the um garlic is already peeled so I want to

Chop it down just like so in this manner quick and simple okay next thing that we’re going to do is we want to chop up some onions we can slice it if you want this is going to go sorry about that this is going to go

Right into our pot that we cook our roast in now it’s up to you all to decide how do you want to cook your roast well there’s several ways you can do it but today I’m going to be using this insta pot behind me so many of you

All ask me for insta poot recipes and crock poot recipes you can cook this beef in the crock poot in the instant pot and or even the oven okay so when I cook this in the crock pot it’s going to cook for about an hour and 45 minutes or

2 hours okay and just put it on the uh beef stew um setting okay so now we got some garlic we got some onion and now we’re going to do our bell peppers really don’t need a lot of the bell peppers because we are going to be using this uh

Beautiful roasted red pepper and you can use about almost all of the can and we’re going to chop it up just like so now if you wanted to blend these ingredients up by all means you can blend the ingredients up I’ve done that before in the past but what I figured

Out is you really don’t have to because these vegetables they they really cook up very nice and well and they kind of turn into a beautiful sauce so there’s really no need to blend them if you didn’t want to so now that I have my

Peppers cut up up let’s go ahead and cut up some cilantro and the cilantro will go let me get rid of these seeds here the cilantro will go into our insta pot as well just use a small handful just to flavor the meat up so what you’re looking at here is we have

Bell peppers onions cilantro we have the fresh garlic and now I want to take out some of these red roasted peppers PE and chop them up when I come back so let’s cut up this beautiful red pepper that has been roasted you see these little black spot specks on it

That’s all great flavor it’s like charred flavor if they were to put this onto a nice hot burner and get that charred flavor like you would as if it was a grill mark it tastes so delicious it’s going to really bring the recipe to life and so now we’re going to take our

Meat out okay and we’re going to put these veggies let’s wipe it up a little bit let’s put our veggies right on the same pan with our meat because everything together will go into the insta pot all at once okay and when I come back we want a season a meat

And I’ll show you how much seasoning I like to use and what special seasoning I like to use to give that meat that special authentic flavor let’s season up our meat I’m going to be using some adobo today adobo does have salt in it and great flavors this is perfect for

The beef let’s go ahead and season just like so in this manner beautiful I’m seasoning in the vegetables as well there we go okay and then garlic powder don’t be afraid to season if you’re out there you’re ever afraid to season your food will be flavorless all right we’re

Going to go in with onion powder nice amount of it okay paprika get your oven preheated if you decided to use your oven okay or if you’re using your crock pot go ahead and get your crock poot or your insta pot out I’m using a nice amount of paprika

Because I want that authentic beautiful red color that the sauce is in and that you’re going to dip your tortillas in we’ll talk all about that and then also um another thing that can give you that beautiful color is chili powder I did a video for bira tacos years ago and I

Decided to use the r the dried red chili peppers and I I cut them open I took the seeds out I steeped them in hot water I blended them up and that’s how I was able to receive that color but today we’re going to get the color from our

Paprika and our chili powder all right so let’s go ahead and put some cumin in just a little bit when you’re using cumin don’t overwhelm it and then a really interesting spice that we love here at the Young’s house all spice it really gives you a ying yang a flavor

That’s going to make people say man that’s good okay so now that we have everything nice and seasoned up I want this meat to set for a good half an hour and when I come back I’ll show you what we’re going to do next it gets really interesting

There’s one other seasoning that I want to use onto my meat to make it just taste amazing and and give a beautiful color we’re going to put sazone we’re going to use a whole packet as you notice I’m just seasoning one side of the beef really that’s all we have to do

A season one side okay so now I want to talk about these ingredients right here your broth broth any kind of broth you want to use we’re going to be using um about a cup of the broth okay we’re going to use 4 oz of tomato sauce this

Is a Goa uh tomato sauce we’re going to use just a couple you know just shake it in there just a little bit of the wor toer sauce and then we’re going to do 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of chili powder one full packet of beef Buon what are we

Going to do with these ingredients well we’re going to put them into your crock pot or into your baking dish or your insta pot with the broth okay so that’s what we’re going to do with these ingredients and this right here of course is going into your insta pot okay

So when I come back we have to cut up some cilantro and some onions because typically when this recipe is served you want your guests to be able to put some fresh onion on there and cilantro right on top of their Beria tacos and they can enjoy it just like

So let’s go ahead and cut up some fresh onion and cilantro when you bring your vegetables home make sure you wash them off wash off the pesticides you never know who’s handled the veggies while you know they were at the store before they got to you so I want to do my onions

Somewhat as small as I can you know all right see when I eat minine I usually don’t want the onion and cilantro but I noticed when my husband eats his he loves the cilantro little bit hot sauce he likes that Sal of Verde the green sauce it really brings the recipe to

Life so now that I have these beautiful onions nice and chopped up and I’m so grateful that my eyes are not watering right now maybe these are the tearless onions they were talking about there’s really tearless onions look it up look it up at your next store or when you go

Shopping next time they really have tearless onions every time I go to try to purchase them I they they’re they’re out of stock they are out of stock one day I’m want to purchase them and see if they work it seems like these ones are it cuz my eyes they’re not watering

Right now so what I want to do let’s go ahead and put these onions into a ramkin and make it readily available for my family just like so let’s go ahead and get this Sala Verde into a ramkin just like so for our dipping sauce right there with our

Onions and then your favorite sauce this is a mild taco sauce that is absolutely delicious all right and then we’re going to cut up some cilantro just like so just kind of you know curl it up like this and chop away you can even chop the stems and eat the

Stems they taste even more flavorful when you serve this recipe it’s usually served with what they call a consum which is the broth that the meat came out of you can see all those beautiful seasoning SE ings everything we did to season up that broth let me

Show you what it looks like when your meat is done so our meat is done take a look yep our meat’s done we’re going to shred it we’ll shred it together but this right here come on in and look at this oh my goodness Gina are you kidding me

Look at the onions the peppers and look at the Savory flavor you need this don’t throw it away because you got to take your corn cor tortillas let’s put this over here you got to dip your corn tortillas into that consumate oh my goodness are you kidding me no I’m not kidding you

This cooked for 2 hours in the insta pot look look it took it you’re going to be excited shred it up nice and well just like so let’s make B of tacos so now um take a look take take a look look at the meat

What I done look it just came apart like EAS like butter and that’s what I love about the insta pot so take a look over here I’m going to be using a flat top and I oiled it very well you can use an avocado oil a vegetable oil you could

Even use um olive oil but if you use olive oil I suggest using a light tasting olive oil okay you don’t want to alter the flavor of this here recipe you can find your tortillas and white um white corn tortillas I decided to use the yellow corn tortillas and they come

In different sizes I got the smallest one I typically when I serve these we like to serve three three will do you good and then later about an hour later they’ll go back for three more okay so now let’s get our tortillas out what’s very important about when using corn

Tortillas is um like if if I were to do like this look what would happen well it would just break it would just crumble so how do you prevent that I’m going to show you right now you got to heat it up this sauce right here super duper hot right now okay and

So this sauce is going to put some nice heat onto Zorn uh you know tortilla just dip it in there for a minute in the meantime get your pan or your flat top nice and heated up okay so we’re going to dip this maybe one more time time and then

It’ll go over here and we’re going to fill it with beef and cheese when I come back get your beef on there yep mhm and we’re going to do some cheese Mozzarella or provalone is what’s really preferred okay so now I’m going to take this and flip it over when I come

Back when making your Bia tacos I want y all to use two corn tortillas okay versus one because one will just sometimes it’ll tear on you okay so let’s flip this first one over take your time you should get a nice crispiness to it that you are going to live for look at

That super duper exciting so now if I didn’t tell you all I used about a half a cup of oil in with my broth and all of those gorgeous seasonings it really helps the oil helps to um get the T the the corn tortilla nice and bendable so

It’ll Bend for you and not break but if it breaks don’t worry it’ll still be delicious let’s get these flipped over I’m going to say an amazing prayer you’re going to get that first bite I have yet this one and this one way over here to turn let’s go ahead and give it

A nice turn just like so you see how I’m using my other hand to give it a nice turn look at the crispiness and you can just imagine what it smells like in here it smells so beautiful the cheese is getting nice and gooey look it took it Bia tacos G young

Style take a look over here at all our goodies cantro got to have the fresh onion got to have some type of hot sauce tomao sauce or Sala Verde and then your consumate that the uh beef cooked in when I come back I’m going to say an

Amazing prayer you’re going to get that first bite I’m going to be serving these ailia tacos along with an amazing horchata horchata is a Mexican drink that you would absolutely love my husband loves it so I’ve put it in the freezer for about a half an hour so it

Can get just a little bit of froth to it can y’all see that it goes perfect with this amazing be so now stop that come on in y’all Heavenly Father I’d like to thank you today for this beautiful meal Ines Jesus Christ’s name we thank you dear
