442cal/bowl – (makes 4 bowls)
93/7 ground beef 1/4 each
Julienned carrots 1.5oz each
Steamed broccoli 1cup each
Steamed red cabbage 1/4 cup each
cauliflower rice 1/2 cup each
2TBS Hoisin sauce
Sriracha
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
Very filling and delicious! I do not cook the carrots I like the crunch. Steam broccoli & cabbage together. Brown meat separately. I just microwave the cauliflower rice. Mix together, add sauce and toppings. Hope someone else can enjoy! Easy meal prep 🙂
