Was craving a meatball sub for some reason. Made Daniel gritzer’s meatball recipe paired with sub buns from Joshua weissman’s subway meatball sub but better. Super happy with be result, and my wife loved it as well.

I skipped the gelatin step in the meatballs, and I added rosemary to the sub buns.
