I fucked up one time and bought elephant garlic. Turns out, not so much a bad thing since I can now offset any shortages.

I have a Costco bag of garlic and always supplement with like six additional cloves instead of just the teensy 1-2 they provide

I’m always adding at least two additional cloves lol. They never give you enough 😭

I have a squeeze bottle of garlic and one for ginger.. usually have a few onions and potatoes on hand too…

No way. I get Chefs Plate and they over-do it with the garlic. Not even kidding my entire fridge shelf is filled with garlic because they provide a full head when only one clove is required in the recipe. Kind of cackling at these two extremes lol. If any HF customers need garlic, just head over to my fridge

It’s the opposite in the UK, we always get a full head of garlic in each box. That’s the price we pay for not getting any freebies, though 😔
