
so I bought this packaged ssam mu a year ago and it just sat in the fridge throughout 2023:[ the only time I took it out to have a few slices was when I needed toppings for my cold buckwheat noodles🧍so the question now is is it still safe to eat it? It’s fermented after all and when I took it out to check (and take this picture) it didn’t really smell like it’s expired, still just that strong pickled smell
