I have always wanted to make homemade arancini. This video is on how to make homemade baked arancini as traditionally arancini is deep fried. Since my arancini recipe is baked, it is significantly healthier than its fried counterpart and tastes just as good. To make arancini, you start by making a creamy risotto. You can make a plain risotto or add some extra ingredients to it such as diced ham, peas, squash, etc. Then chill the risotto overnight and scoop rice balls that get covered in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs and baked. Within the rice ball, you can add a piece of cheese or some other filling as well. I hope you all enjoy this recipe on how to make baked arancini!
