Hi! I’m new here, and really haven’t even tried reddit before. So basically I don’t know how this works or what kind of posts people usually does here. I heard that in reddit I will find nice communities and fellows foodies who loves to cook as I do.

Here’s my first recipe also, delicious oven-baked chicken fillets with creme fraiche.
And the recipe is like this:
Chicken fillets
Garlic powder
Paprika powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Chili
Creme Fraiche (garlic&herbs)
Chiliflakes
Oven 35 minutes in 200°C / 400°F
Finish with fresh Chives
