I think the only opinion that matters is the people you love who ate it.

People will tell you steak doesnt belong on wraps or sandwhiches, some people will say it but still want to eat it.

I think it looks good! Hard to see the crust but I see pink so I’m happy.

Also, the comment that says the only opinion that matters is who ate it and who you made it for is so true 😉

I think your husband may be trying to get laid

Pass the aus jus because I’d tear that up.

Looks great. A little more time will brown those onions nicely.

Wish I was a husband receiving this. Looks good,

This might sound weird, but if you brush a little mayo (or oil or butter) on that bread and toast it on a griddle, it makes a huge difference in a sandwich like that.

How would you feel about having another husband? 2 husbands are better than 1, that’s one ☝️ amazing sandwich 🥪

Literally my only suggestion would be toast the bread, even if it’s just griddling the cut interior.

Other than that, damn it looks good and I want it directly in my arteries.

What’s Boursin akin to? Never even heard of it until now. Kinda looks crumbly like queso fresco.

  12. Which boursin? Herb, pepper? This sounds amazing.

I made a smoked chuck sandwich tonight with aged white cheddar and horseradish mayo, but I didn’t have any onions. It was delicious, but it would’ve been so much better with caramelized onions.

I dont like onion. That said. Id down that no problem but would first take the onion off lol.

Onions could go for a little longer imo. I like to rip out the guts of the bread, then toast. It will give the filling of the sandwich somewhere to rest, help keep it from spilling out, and makes a sandwich less bulky. Nice job looks good

Looks great. Just toast that bread on the inside a little next time. Oh and send me one.😁

It’s raw in the center but reddit wants to keep face with the rare community. So wow great job!

Maybe its the filter but this doesn’t look appetizing to me.

I generally hate onions, but if they were cooked down even further it’d be good. But that’s a personal preference.

Regarding steak in sandwiches, though, the biggest thing to avoid is taking a bite and then pulling out a slice of steak from further in the sandwich. To avoid this, I either dice the steak into small pieces with a knife and melt cheese over it in the sandwich to hold them in place. Or, run it through my meat slicer for thin slices that are easy to bite through.
