1 cup carbalose flour 1 egg, beaten 1 cup half and half or other milk 4 tbsp melted butter, cooled 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used and Erythritol/Monk Fruit blend) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on a medium high heat griddle or skillet and cook until the top is bubble, a few minutes, flip pancakes and continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes until bottom is golden brown.
