The Best Chicken Sandwich I’ve Ever Made | The Golden Balance

The Superior Chicken Sandwich😅

6 chicken Thighs

Garlic parm sauce:

Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1 Tbsp melted butter
1-2 ounces grate Parmesan
8 cloves toasted garlic
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp chili flakes
Optional: sun dried tomatoes

1 cup sauce, 1 cup buttermilk (save some for the end)
Seasonings used:
2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt to taste ( depending on how salty garlic parm is)

Dry batter:
1 cup flour
1 cup starch (potato or corn)
1 cup panko
Same seasonings as wet batter

Potato crisps are optional obviously

Finish in a soft sandwich bun, toasted of course. Add some Garlic parm, cheese, hot peppers, and the optional potato crisps!

    Starve for two days and eat a 1$ chicken sandwich and it will be the best ever, trust me, u wouldn't need more recipes
