    That is NOT a pork tenderloin. It’s a whole loin, boneless.

    I’d recommend you cut that into about 20 pork chops. 😀

  4. If you have a smoker, it’s a simple process to create home smoked Canadian style bacons from that. I just finished a batch last weekend. Takes a few simple ingrediants, a bit of apple or cherry wood, and about 8 hrs smoke time. That much loin with make 8 -10 1# chunks, depends on how you cut them.
