Hi. Bought these veggies at a bargain price. How can I keep these at room temp without compromising its quality?

    Greens aren’t meant to be kept at room temp for long periods, they’ll go bad fairly quick.

    Most (not all) vegetables are meant to be kept really cool / cold for long shelf life.

    Simply mirror the grocery store as to what is kept cool / cold vs what is left at room temp. All vegetables differ.
