Absolutely incredible. Very easy to make too. Like all other Italian food, surprisingly delicious despite the few ingredients!

I first tried piadinas in Bologna in one of the indoor markets. It was an incredible experience, of course we went back multiple times for lunch. A shockingly simple recipe that yields such a delicious result. That looks great, enjoy!
