Title. I had an insane chest/tris/shoulder workout and some biking around town, and an active day at work. But I already smashed my protein goal of 165-185g. What should I treat myself to in order to keep from withering away lol.

    I would always choose either a half a peanut butter, salt, and hot sauce sandwich or scotch. It depends what you consider a treat! I’m all about the salty, fatty nibbles or booze.

  2. What I just ate: Non fat Greek yogurt with no sugar added fruit spread.
