Hi guys what we’re going to be cooking today is my version of a beautiful Cuban sandwich Kuban Sanders absolutely love them first thing we’re gonna do we’ll make the mole sauce the garlic sauce so I’m gonna chop up some garlic chopped would be garlic I need about six cloves of garlic

I want your garlic chopped touch of salt roughly with a knife just mince it beautiful okay Moho sauce very simple but very tasty so add olive oil and once your oil is hot add your garlic you just want to cook for about a minute just to flavor

The oil next I’ll induce in I need your lime juice here gonna get cumin I give everything a good stir and bring up to a boil and boil for about three to two minutes now take it off the heat and season a little bit of salt a little bit

Of pepper give it a stir let’s taste mmm perfect now let that cool and also what I like to do let’s put some thinly sliced onions in the sauce mmm beautiful now let’s give it a mix and also for this sandwich we’re gonna be using some beautiful pork tenderloin the most

Tender part the pig and for me a Cuban it’s all about them me and also especially in tenderloins there’s a lot of silver skin so make sure that you move it that never gets tender so what we’re going to do we’re going to marinate this pork tenderloin and I’ve

Got one of these food storage bags I’m going to marinate it in that so put the Tenderloin in the bag now carefully add in the sauce I give them meat a little massage get everything in there now we’re gonna marinate this for about six hours look at that beauty that’s been marinating

Now for six hours pack with flavor I’m just gonna sear it okay hot pan I didn’t you mean so for the mate into a roasting tray I just pour all that beautiful sauce over okay as you can see I’ve taken the meat out 150 ish internal temperature and by

Doing this this will make the meat more moist so put them me on a plate and let that rest and look at this beautiful goodness don’t throw that away we’re gonna use that as a dip if I’m tackling and also some beautiful dry cured salami now look at that guys absolutely

Fantastic now that is what I call a sandwich so they have you guys that’s my Cuban sandwich with a Moho tip absolutely fantastic can’t wait to tuck in let’s have a taste of this mmm got out beautiful mmm trying to be like dead hmm that is gorgeous hmm

Gorgeous well thanks for watching guys and give it a try thanks guys

  1. I viewed four versions of how to make this delicious sandwich. And they all looked tasty, of course. But for me, your prep, technique, ingredients (specifically including the salami and mojo dip) stands out among the others, appearing super favorful and delicious. Gotta try this recipe.

  2. Hey I clicked away as soon as you started with the pork tenderloin. Any traditional Cuban sandwiches made with roasted pork shoulder it was designed to be a way to use the leftover meat after a holiday party. If you're going to do it, do it right!
