It looks okay in the photo, but like the other poster, I encourage you to let your nose make the call. I eat nothing that fails the sniff test, ha.

Definitely smell test. I cooked HF ground beef last night that looked similarly questionable, but it didn’t smell at all, and despite being extremely fatty, it ended up being just fine. It’s just a bit of oxidization causing the color to change.
