Mango:
Sweet, has some kick. Was really good on sweet potatoes.
Jalapeño:
So good. Mild heat and lots of flavor. Really great on eggs.
Garlic:
…BANGING! On of the best I have had in some time. Very heavy on the garlic so if that’s not your thing, avoid. I loved it on everything I tried it on (chicken thighs last night, naum). I could see me crushing this bottle in a few days.

They are all so good but we just can’t buy from them anymore!!!!!
That mango one sucks so much I couldn’t even give it away to any of my buddies. Tastes like baby food. Garlic one is good but has no heat. That’s why you’ll go through it in a few days.
3 of their worst sauces. The garlic might have decent flavor, but brings almost no heat. The other two are poor versions of popular sauces. Tbf, I’ve never found a mango hot sauce I’ve enjoyed, just not a fan of fruit-forward sauces. Mango is my favorite fruit btw.
I say this as a big fan of Melinda’s.
