    Tbh that is a bit much handling. As the chef grows in experience, they will be able to minimize the amount of handling that goes into making proper nigiri rice ball.

    Not that I can do better!

  2. I’m a restaurant owner and sushi chef. And lifelong chef. He dropped a grain of rice, you can clearly see. . His nigiri was definitely lacking.
