The chips are *somewhat* healthy.

I peeled and cut up two small/medium potatoes and parboiled them for 5-10 mins.

I then covered them in 1 tsp olive oil and placed them on the baking tray, adding salt, pepper and paprika.

I cooked them maybe 25-30 minutes, however it’s more just checking on them when they turn brown.

They don’t look great and burnt a tad, but that’s okay because they taste good! 🤪

    Based on a quick google search the yorkies would be between 70-150 cal each. Thinking in the upper end, I’d go 700, but it all looks pretty innocent and in the long run won’t do too much damage! Enjoy!
