I got to work from home today so I decided to make a nice breakfast. I made a two egg omelette with goat cheese and roasted potatoes and asparagus on the side. I overcooked the asparagus just a touch but it was still great.
I also had a coffee with a tablespoon of cream which isn’t pictured but that would add 20 calories and bring the total to 448.
