
Ingredients:
2 eggs,
1/2 cup softened cream cheese,
2 big scoops vanilla flavored protein powder, (I use isopure vanilla flavor zero carb)
1 tsp. vanilla extract,
1/8 tsp. Baking powder,
3 tbsp. Melted butter .
Instructions:
Blend in blender until smooth & make waffles like usual. The cream cheese and butter is to add more fat so they aren’t so dry. The more fat you add, the more moist the waffles turn out. Also, I can’t use almond or coconut flour so I use vanilla flavored protein powder which I find makes them fluffier but you can substitute if preferred
