How to make a Bacon Mushroom Swiss Butter Cheeseburger Recipe
This is great if you are looking for Keto Diet Friendly – Low Carb meals that are easy to make at home!

I cooked these burgers in butter and olive oil.
Slightly seasoned with Lawrys Seasoning Salt(link below) and garlic powder.
I cooked down the mushrooms and bacon in a separate pan.
When the burgers were done, I topped with cheese and let it melt in the pan.
After getting the burgers on the plate, top with your favorite condiments, then with the mushrooms and bacon.

Since we did not use a bun and this is mostly protein and fats, it is very low carb for the Keto Friendly meal.

So today we’re making bacon mushroom swiss butter burgers and a cast-iron skillet I’ve already got the hamburgers uh the patties made out I got the mushrooms chopped up I got the bacon chopped up and we reused Swiss cheese slices so check it out

Hamburgers on I’m gonna put the hamburgers in the cast-iron skillet with a little bit of butter and some olive oil okay so I got the butter melted in the pan I’m gonna go ahead and put the hamburgers in here got these patties in

Here well these are pretty big I don’t know if all fit I’m gonna have to do these in a couple rounds so ring it three of them in here as I said we’re gonna season these with oil garlic powder a little bit of seasoned salt

Mowrey season salt and since the butter is in here I always like to put a little olive oil olive oil goes good with stuff I had to set a little bit extra so we got some olive oil in there yeah and I also have another pan yeah I’m gonna

Cook the mushrooms down separately so you can get the mushrooms in the butter melting will take a few minutes to cook down so both these are on about medium heat actually the mushrooms are on low heat I’m gonna put just a little bit of

Seasoned salt in them just so they got a little flavor cooking down that way it cooks into them but burgers gonna take five or ten minutes I’m gonna take the butter here and I had to get a spoon but I’m basically gonna baste over the base

Of hamburgers with the butter and olive oil sauce while they’re cooking so we’re gonna let them cook down and back in a minute all righty this is how we’re basing the burgers here kind of tip the pan a little bit get some of that butter

Pulled up on one side it all comes back to the other side here so just you just want to make sure you get some butter all the way over it over this butter makes everything better flip them and keep bass in them so every couple of minutes you want to base some

Butter over the top okay so the mushrooms been on for three four minutes I just added the bacon we’re gonna kind of stare these in you can see the mushrooms are cooking down nice we’d have to cook these a whole lot but

Bacon was pre cooked and crumbled so we just want to get this nice and warm all the way through for about three minutes I don’t splash here so try and get these flipped I want them slapping down on the pan that flash eez when they so again basting

Normally normally what I do with the buns just put some butter on the bun a little bit of garlic powder and Grill those up nice but I’m gonna do these keto style tonight so we’re not making any buns so we’re gonna put the cheese

On just a couple minutes melt the cheese real good and then put the mushroom and bacon right over the top just eat them that way so these been on about five minutes maybe six I’m gonna get the cheese on here and they’re about done so

I’m gonna base them real quick just this one more basic butter get it over the cheese get a little bit of butter flavor on there too as soon as the cheese melts we’re gonna take them off here put them on a plate and do this walk here bacon

Sauce here that looks tasty so get them on a plate hear that song and give them a taste see how they go okay I got the burgers off the grill onto the plate the bacon mushroom sauce is done and you can talk to you however you like but this is

The way I like to do them I like a little bit of ketchup a little bit of mayo maybe a lot of mayo and I like top these right here like this and this warm mushroom sauce melts at Mayo a little bit then you get a little bit of that butter drizzle over
