My toppings were olive oil base, a mix of mozzarella and goat cheese, roasted butternut squash, and a sprinkle of pistachios. A little green goddess dressing on the greens to top it off. Added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes after the photo as well.

Lessons for the next time I make this crust: 100% par bake first, also roll the dough out a smidge more.

    I actually really liked the crust! It was a bit of a pain in the ass because it didn’t behave like regular dough but I liked the texture and taste of it. Not as much as like a regular pizza of course.
