We got a question for you does pineapple belong on a pizza I say yes I say no uh I want to prove Brad so wrong so badly today and maybe some of you all I am convinced I love pineapple on Pizza it’s not my go-to it’s not my favorite but
When it’s there I will gladly have it it’s been a discussion we’ve had ever since we started the channel and something we’ve never put down on the griddle surprisingly enough but that changes today right it does if you want to see us knock out this Hawaiian style
Pizza on The Griddle stick around while we dig in I can’t believe the wall twins they’re right there that’s one of them that’s the other one I’m the other one all right I’m going to go ahead and just suit up for this one we are getting right into this we’ve got all the
Ingredients we’ve got the pizzazz we’ve got the griddle on Brett talk about what’s going what’s going on into this one it’s been a while since we’ve had Pizzaz in our in mentioned in a that’s right and and you got to have Pizzaz when you’re making Pizzaz so here we go
Um well here we go we got this the stone fire flatbread which is our go-to when we’re doing these flatbreads or any pizza here on the griddle it’s they’re absolutely delicious and so then we got this Creamy Melt mozzarella cheese three cheese creamy melt as well we’ve got Canadian bacon
We’ve got pineapple we got this classic Co pizza sauce that we love to use and not pictured butter and and a spoon for the sauce yeah there we go and this Classico we love using it Brett I’ve not made a pizza like this uh but I do love
Uh pineapple on pizza so let’s go ahead and once that’s once that warms up we just turn the griddle on now we do have uh of the four burners we’ve got the two on and they are on kind of medium low I want to show you so if this is low
That’s actually right at medium yeah I turned them up out of because it is a little cooler outside it’s we’re looking at about lower mid-50s right now here in North Central Florida which is cold for us but um we’re also using the ceramic top we uh we have the replacement for
The steel and the ceramic top we’re going ceramic today because I’m lazy and I didn’t want to switch out I’m just kidding cuz uh we just we actually I actually just unbox this thing and uh putting it to use yeah so if we were using the steel we would do this just
The same way sometimes we’ve used oil sometimes not it works either way y exactly cuz you’re just putting bread down on there to toast it really there we go leave it warm so what we do is we put this face down eventually we’ll flip it over but for now we’re getting that
Side hot and while we’re doing that the one thing Brett just mentioned and we forgot we sometimes we’ll get our sauce hot we didn’t for today but what we’re going to do is we’re going to get uh we don’t have to put all that just uh however money you think we pile we’re
Going to go ahead and warm up both our Canadian bacon and our pineapple looks like it’s all going on there we go it’s all going on then all right and here’s the ham uh Canadian bacon and the reason is is we want this to kind of help melt
So while that’s cooking on there and apparently we’re doing all of that too apparently turns out well we got snack and pineapple in that hand so while that is cooking Brett is going to go ahead and let me check this this starts to get ooh nice and
Toasty oh that is hot so see it starts to cook just a little bit so we’re going to turn that down low now and we’re going to get get the sauce on you got the spoon here you go and we’re going to get our Classico sauce on nice little more oh yeah oh
Man I am so excited for this pazza this Mike Patza yeah and then this do you put some of the ingredients now or the cheese ingredients cheese cheese cheese cheese ingredients cheese that’s how I do it okay so the way we do it we do our light sprinkling of cheese get a Mozel
Mozzarella then the best part is when we this is on low all we’re doing is we’re going to monitor it make sure the bottom doesn’t burn if it does we’ll turn it or pull it over as it goes and as everything is melting on top which is all we’re getting
To yep by the way this is just a fun way to do The Griddle we know so many pizza ovens around now and all that we still enjoy doing pizzas on The Griddle we find excuses to to do them all the time exactly right all right so Brett is
Going to start placing the the ham the Canadian bacon if you will and Brad I thought about using a sweet ham for this uhhuh uh but just went with this what was there this is a little bit thicker I also thought about maybe some diced ham cubes but you know
I went with what I went with okay you don’t throw a fit how about that you’re acting like I’m I’m likeing Puffin you were earlier now now that’s the camera’s rolling it’s no now you’re all good going to okay one more all right that’s good then set the rest of
That just up in the corner all right so we’ll get the rest of that over in the corner no one puts baby in the corner no but we do put Canadian bacon in the corner oh that’s right okay so then we’ll get our P APPA there goes the cheese it all dumps
Out uh I guess we are going to use the three cheese blend Brett just kidding and Brett is being very succinct with how he is putting on the pineapple very methodic yes it actually is very very pretty bread I’m very impressed you like my pineapple placement yes let me let me
Take a picture of it in fact while it’s like that well when I went to a pineapple placement school yeah preg graduated second in your class out of two St out of one student all right so now we pile more cheese on okay so I wanted to pile the cheese
Brett made the point we want this to melt and we kind of want it to do quick so let’s pull the pineapple off then we’re not you want to put a little more ingredients or no that’s good that’s good all right so we’ll go ahead and we
Can steam and we’ll close the lid and check the bottom of it real quick let’s see where we’re at here you can just lift and I’ll tell you we’re looking good it is getting a little dark but just perfect okay sounds good so we’re going to go ahead and get some steam up
In here there we go all right and go ahead and close that actually kind of helps cleaning it too there you go it’s been under the cover for about a minute so oh was I was just going to ask how long has this been under you RI the cord out of
My ears we got that cheese melt and next so now this is what we do we check the you smell that okay now check the bottom and we’ll we’ll do it again cuz it needs a little bit longer yeah okay so it’s darker all right it is getting a little
Darker and we’re good okay so there we go we’re going to steam it up again and then we’ll close the little Dome there we go by the way when you steam be sure to not let the steam or the water run into the dough cuz it will
SOG it up yes the pizza dough all right BR it’s been about another minute and half we went a little bit longer than that one oh she’s done that’s what we call melted look how melted that is oh that looks amazing all right listen we’re just going to cut this and get
Ready to eat It one My Well there it is in all its glory in all of its glory and it’s really funny we’re losing a little daylight so we’ll try to keep this quick Brett was just saying like all right does does pineapple be belong on a pizza he’s grabbing the one p slice that doesn’t have any pineapple
On it I put some on there m sure got that but you know what Brent no Bend in that one no Bend in that one if you know me in that you know this is exactly how I like my pizza right right one bite everyone knows the rules I don’t want to

About exactly right and I really have been wanting to do do a Hawaiian in fact I think for years people have said now we understand different options somebody told me the only way they like pineapple on a pizza is if it’s also with pepperoni so I’ve also seen with chicken

I say if you like something on pizza, it belongs on pizza. Why do we have to make this so political?! LOL!! When I make a bbq chicken pizza I like to add pineapple. Also really like it with pepperoni and jalapeños, because it's a nice combo of savory, sweet and spicy. Canadian Bacon and Pineapple is fine, just never order it. If there is some, I have no problem eating it. With Canadian Bacon or Ham my go to is always mushrooms. How do you guys feel about Anchovy? Griddle On!
