Ingredients:
– Heavy Cream, 2 cups
– Milk, 1 cup
– Sugar, 3 tbsp, 1 tbsp
– Salt, a pinch
– Vanilla, 1/2 tsp
– Pumpkin Puree, 4 tbsp, 1 cup
– Pumpkin Spice: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove
– Gelatin, 3 sheets
– Iced water

To begin, take a medium-sized saucepan and add some heavy cream. Then, carefully pour in some whole milk, and give it a gentle stir.
Next, let’s bring this mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Watch it closely, making sure it doesn’t come to a boil. Once it starts to steam, we’re ready for the next step.
Add granulated sugar and a touch of vanilla extract. Whisk it until the sugar has dissolved completely.
