This is a mild salsa I made for a friend who can’t take the heat!

Fried 4 chiles güeros, 1 spring onion, and 2 garlic cloves in avocado oil. Blended with the frying oil, 1tsp chicken bouillon powder, sea salt, ground oregano, ground coriander, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, water, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
