Change of scenery (and plating)! Great meal, but tbh I don’t get how this is a hall of famer. We did end up making mashed potatoes, which I recommend, and added some Worcestershire to the ketchup glaze, but this was just a “this is a very good meal” and not an “oh wow this is a lock every time it’s available”.

I feel the same as you. I also found it unusual that this meal even features gravy to go on top of the meatloaf. It was good but I found the ketchup coated meatloaf and then gravy on top kind of made the flavors clash. If I get it again, I’ll probably coat it in ketchup and leave out the gravy or not use the ketchup coating but still use the gravy.
