For this because it’s just easier but you can shred your carrots too but you just need two shredded carrots and then just go ahead and set that aside then go ahead and get a small bowl and I’m going to add one lound of meat you can do beef turkey chicken I’m doing
Ground turkey I’m going to add some rice cauliflower and then I’ll add my shredded carrots and then we’ll season with some garlic powder basil salt and then pepper and the easiest way I say to mix this is just put your hands in there and mix it up now that you have it all
Mixed up and it looks like this go ahead and divide it between the four bell peppers and then you’re just going to stuff them go ahead and pour some tomato sauce over them place your lid on your crock pot and cook on low for like 6 to
