Good stuff! Tbh it’s more for the thrill than the taste but always good if someone else is paying. But for those with fomo you’re not missing out on anything life-changing.

I ate figu nigiri 4 years ago, and…….. a bit disappointed that it somewhat have the same texture as hirame
