Hey guys welcome back to my channel welcome back to another grocery haul video I just picked up my Walmart pickup order heading into Safeway to get my produce and a couple things that Walmart was out of and then I will head home and show you what I picked up for groceries

Ideas and new Food Finds and all the fun stuff I don’t think I found anything new this week I don’t think I have um but for my meal plan this week per usual I kind of do a mixture of things that can work for lunches and dinners um I do

Have to prep my lunches to be able to take to work cuz I do work outside the home so um let’s see I’m going to do a big batch of turkey chili I’m going to do some chicken salad that I can have as wraps I also going to get some bell

Peppers to be able to scoop you know kind of use the bell peppers like chips in my chicken salad I’m going to do some Mediterranean meatballs that I can use in some peita wraps or in a bowl or on a salad I’m also going to make like a

Mediterranean Greek s side salad to go with those meatballs um I’m going to make two different kinds of protein pudding this week we’re going to do an Oreo cheesecake protein pudding and we’re going to do a strawberry cheesecake protein pudding so stay tuned for those all of those will be um in tomorrow’s

Meal prep video I will also have any of these recipes that I have recipes for I will link those down below and so let’s get into the grocery haul first up the produce so I had to pick up some carrots I’ll have these for snacking I have some hummus left and

Some veggie dip and plus I’ll put some of this in my turkey chili I’m going to make um some grapes I just wanted to make like a little fruit salad um I was going to pick up some strawberries but they did not look very good so I just got some raspberries and blueberries

Just to have for snacking and to throw on some yogurt bowls also for yogurt bowls I picked up some of the pomegranate arrows also for turkey chili and also I’m going to make up a batch of chicken salad and I like to use bell peppers

Kind of like um chips in my um to eat like the chips or crackers to eat with my chicken salad so I’ll put in um one of the whole red bell peppers and like half of the orange yellow and green and the turkey chili and then the other

Halfes I will use for um my chicken salad so you’ll see the turkey chili and the chicken salad tomorrow and meal prep uh avocado just to have with various things I got a big one so I can use it for several meals through the week uh celery will be for the chicken

Salad and also like I said for that hummus I got two things of green onions I want to put some I like to have some on top of my turkey chili and then also for a Mediterranean like side dish I’m going to make cuz I will be making some

Mediterranean meatballs tomorrow in meal prep and then I’m going to do like this salad to go on the side and I need some green onions for that also for that salad I needed some cucumbers I already have the tomatoes that I need for that so I just need to pick up cucumbers for

That I’m going to make like a really low calorie C SL to just go on the side of any meals or anything this week so I picked up some Co SL um just picked up one salad kit just to have with dinner one day this week this is a Caesar

Salad for that Co SL I like to throw in extra carrots and then plus this is just nice to throw into salads and whatnot on the side Pi up some of that for the Mediterranean meatballs I needed some sun dried tomatoes I like to get these ones because they’re not um

Like sitting in oil so some of the like the ones in the jar are typically in oil so just picked up this bag of them and these are already Julian cut so I’ll just have to cut them up a little bit more to go with those meatballs for those medat traning

Meatballs I have some taziki left over that’s what made me think to make those this week cuz I want to use that that up before it goes bad so I can either put the meatballs in a bowl or I could use some of these PE breads also these PE

Breads would be good for the chicken salad you get one of my cold brew makers out they’re not my favorite I may get another one one of these days but um I just wanted to make some cold brew coffee so this is the cinnamon vanilla ground coffee I thought this would go

Good with the vanilla latte protein shakes I picked up um so Walmart of course was out of my quest salted caramel protein shakes so I picked up these vanilla latte these are probably my I can’t I really don’t know now if I like the caramore ones better of the

Atkins iced coffee or vanilla they’re kind of pretty equal but I thought the vanilla would go good with the cinam and vanilla for the cold brew I need a gred Parmesan for something I want to say it’s probably the meatballs uh for that Mediterranean side salad to go with the meatballs I needed

Some chickpeas or gabano beans so picked up some of those for the turkey chili I needed some fire roasted dice Tomatoes also needed some black beans and I like to get the no salt added whenever I make a big soup and then I picked up some organic dark red kidney

Beans the reason why I pick up the organic whenever I pick up um any kidney beans is because it’s usually the only one that does not have any added sugar to it so otherwise your kidney beans are going to be they’re going to have sugar they’re going to have points um if you

Get the organic ones they typically do not have sugar so I like to look at that for the turkey chili I picked up some of the reduced sodium chicken bone broth and then finally I think this is the last thing oh no a couple more

Things for the chili um I picked up some super cute white corn I usually like to use the roasted corn but my store was out of that chopped onions this will also go into that chili and then I usually just use my own seasonings but they had this

On sale at Walmart so I thought I would give it a try you guys know I really like the Kinder’s seasonings so the I thought I’d give this a try in that turkey chili cuz so far I really like all their seasonings to go on the side

Of the turkey chili I picked up some of the good thins made with corn sea salt you can have a lot of these for like four points or something whatever the points are on the screen it’s like for 38 of them or something like that and

Then I saw this in the store these are new these are like the crispy like I’m guessing they’re kind of like puffed up goldfish I got the salt and vinegar and you get like $44 four of them I’m pretty sure it’s like four or five points for

That so thought that was a good little snack speaking of snacks one that I have not had in a long time that I used to enjoy a lot was taking one of these apple cinnamon rice cakes topping them with a little bit like probably half of this container of um vanilla yogurt and

Then topping with a little bit of this no sugar added apple pie filling or you can make your own Apple um I just don’t have time to make like the like the cinnamon apples but I do like to throw those in my crock pot and make those but

You can use a little bit of this so you just put some of the vanilla yogurt on top of one of these add a little bit of that and it makes a really really good snack um a couple other snacks I’m going to make this week I’m going to make some

More protein pudding so I’m going to do a strawberry cheesecake one so I picked up some of the no sugar added jello cheesecake mix and then to that I’m going to add the strawberry one and with the rest of it cuz I’m only going to use two tablespoons of this for

Another 2 tspoons I’m going to add to the cookies and cream Premier protein shakes that I already have and that’ll make like an Oreo cheesecake protein pudding so stay tuned tomorrow for meal prep I’ll show you that also just going to make up a batch of taco meat just to

Have I have some Quest protein chips I keep forgetting about um so I thought i’ just make some little taco bowls I have some cottage cheese so I like to take some meat a little bit of cottage cheese and just dip the protein chips in there

It’s really good plus you can always use taco meat for anything for the Mediterranean side salad and I’ll probably you know what I may just use this instead of the grated Parmesan cheese in the meatballs so this is the fat-free feta crumble so that and then I

Picked up some of the 99% lean Crown turkey one of these for the turkey chili and one of them for the Mediterranean meatballs and that is everything so like I said I will have recipes linked down below below and then I also will see you guys tomorrow in meal prep bye Guys what

  1. Thanks for the tip on the kidney beans. I didn't know they had sugar until you mentioned it in another video. I always buy organic now with no sugar.
