I know, I know. Very cliche and probably redundant post (I searched, I swear!), but I’m looking for tacos de Mexicali or baja style that are actually grilled on an open flame.

I know there are alot of places that say they sell tacos al carbon (charcoal tacos), but, in actuality, I haven’t found that many. They’ll say they sell it, but then it’s just warmed up on a griddle.

In essence, I’m looking for something like Mexicali Tacos (bravo Chef Esdras), but on the west side.
