First, you hard boiled some eggs. Let 3 of them cool first in a glass of water you put in the freezer for 5 minutes. EASY PEEL! Once peeled, put some butter in your pot (or pan). 1 tablespoon per egg. Once the butter is melted, put the 3 hard boiled eggs in. Season them with your chosen seasonings. But don’t overdo it. After about 30seconds to a minute (depending on your stove), turn the eggs a little. Add more seasoning. Repeat until all sides are seasoned. When it’s done to your likeness, remove from pot (or pan). Place on plate. Slice each in half. Lightly sprinkle one of your favorite seasonings. Then add your mayo of choice that doesn’t have more than 1 carb (or less) per serving.

Those do not look appetizing at all. It actually looks like they were dropped on the floor.

So these are basically just twice cooked eggs ? Because normal boiled eggs are keto friendly also.

I like the idea, but I think they would be more interesting as fried deviled eggs.

I boil mine, peel and cut in half, flip the yolk over, fill the space with franks red hot, hit it with some pepper!
