    **370 calories** on this plate.
    Protein pancakes, topped with plain greek yogurt+honey, fruit, and some chia and hemp seeds. This is *living* y’all. It’s so good.

    The pancakes are easy:
    – 1/4 cup cottage cheese
    – 1/4 cup oats
    – 2 tb your choice of flour (I did almond and GF all purpose flour)
    – 2 eggs + 1 egg white
    – 1 tsp baking powder
    – 1 tsp vanilla
    – pinch of salt
    – sweetener to taste (I did about 1-2 tsp monkfruit+ erythritol)

    Mix, let sit for a bit (I prepped the mix the night before so all I had to do was cook them in the morning)

    Cook like pancakes ☺️

    Edit: also I added a touch of Lorann Cookie Butter flavoring to the Greek yogurt!

    Interesting pancakes, are they good? They look good. I’m a bit skeptical but intrigued.

    I make a protein pancake with a different recipe, add cinnamon, and top with blended cottage cheese (mixed with Splenda) “cream cheese frosting”. I brought some in for my coworkers and they said it was delicious.
