How are you getting 500 calories from just 25 tortilla chips?

  2. Necessary_Driver_831

1 cup is an interesting measure for pork belly

I know it might be really hard at first, but try to limit restaurant and take out food as much as possible. As well as alcohol when you can.

Sometimes people talk like, “how can someone eat 5000 calories a day?”

I can do that easily if I eat in restaurants, especially if I have desserts.

I laughed reading this. I’ve never actually calculated a cheat day and this is why. That being said It seems like you had a great night! Sometimes we all go overboard and that’s okay. Just get back on it.

  6. Half your calories came from Chipotle, McDonalds, & tortilla chips. That’s wild considering how absent minded ppl eat those

Ooooh what app are you using for this? I like the layout.

Also, those tortilla chips are insanely dangerous. You don’t think you’re eating that much until you realize 4 of them is basically the same as a whole tortilla. Now you’re sitting there like wow I just consumed 8 whole tortillas đŸ„Ž

  8. Is 1 cup of pork belly really 1,000 calories? Wow.
And I realized how alcohol calories can stack up so if I drink I feel like I have to go our dancing to burn the calories haha

I’m surprised that you’re surprised that a day including both chipotle AND micky d’s AND some cocktails would add up to so much lol. Under 5k seems less than I would have originally expected.

The calories in tortilla chips were a shock to me, like how’d I not know I was literally eating whole fried tortillas just cut into quarters lol

Literally ate only wingstop wings/fries one day a couple weeks ago. Like 10 wings, a large voodoo fries, then for dinner like 5 wings and an unwanted large fry. It was the only food i had that day and was like 3500 calories and i spend the whole weekend shitting my brains out. 100 of those calories can be attributed to a single shooter and i didnt even log my flavored soda correct bc it wasn’t in myfitnesspal only their plain soda was.

I hadn’t eaten that many cals since maybe Thanksgiving, and that’s a fat maybe.

This right here is why I explain to people why I calorie count. If left unchecked, I can easily eat 6,000 calories a day, everyday of the week. I do not need that much! It’s a waste of money and it makes me feel like shit. Usually that shits people up who try and tell me that 1,400 is “bad for me”.

  14. JustInLove000

Ah, I gotcha. It’s been really hard for me to stay away from the bad stuff. But I noticed that when I do, I feel so much better and lose the weight I’m trying to.

i think most of us are trying to lose weight because we grew up in cultures that normalized eating like this or suffer from emotional binge eating. sometimes you slip back into it especially when under the influence. ive heard stories of alot of people who diet ordering like $100 of mcdonald’s when coming home drunk
