In today’s video we are making a saucy buffalo chicken dip for your football Sunday let’s go what’s going on everybody welcome back to another episode of more seasoning I’m your host Farnam we’re doing a buff that was my NFL sound right there though real bad anyway buffalo chicken dip we actually made
This recipe on a Super Bowl appetizer video like whatever Super Bowl was in February but I wanted to give it its own dedicated video and we’re also going to spice it up at the end level it up just a little bit more before we jump into that though please scroll down hit that
Like button hit that subscribe button and drop a comment below hey I’m always in the comments keykin with you guys so drop a comment anyway yes a saucy fiery beautiful creamy buffalo chicken dip is on the way and the only thing in your way is some b-roll let’s go foreign The ingredients for this buffalo chicken dip are the following grab yourself a seasoned rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store chives a white onion I’m not psychic but we are using medium cheddar optional blue cheese crumbles listen I know most y’all hate them but they’re good one block of cream cheese
My grocery store is out of the block so I’m gonna have to use the tub I don’t know why tomato paste is even in here we don’t need that smoked paprika garlic powder white distilled vinegar what the [ __ ] sauce your favorite Ranch listen yes I’m using this I did not have time
To make mine but if you want to check out the most incredible Ranch recipe ever up here Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and again I we’re clearly we’re filming uh spicy rigatoni Tick Tock after this you do not need rickets either and you can do this on the stove but today we’re
Going to use the good old American crock pot not even sure if it’s American but we’re gonna use it all right now me personally when I have a buffalo chicken dip I don’t want a buffalo chicken dip soup I like a little texture in there so
I do that by dicing up one whole onion and all we’re gonna do is cut the butt off cut the top off cut it in half hit it with some lines some opposing Cuts then we’re gonna fine chops scoop it up into the bowl next we’re gonna go ahead
And cut up about half a cup worth of chives fine chop all we’re gonna do is lay them down and then run our Knife Down the length of them very very thin slices scoop them up into the bowl all right next we’re going Mario and shreddy medium block of cheddar we’re gonna do
Two cups worth oh that’s that lightning right there folks anyway yeah we’re gonna bring the Thunder with this buffalo chicken dip two cups let’s go scoop it up into the bowl bird is the word you heard and right here I got a rotisserie one give me some skin
Okay well that didn’t go as planned but anyway yeah I got a rotisserie right here you could obviously boil and season your own but this is just gonna save you a lot of time and nobody is wanting to get distracted on Third and long so we’re gonna just take this rotisserie
Chicken shred it completely up so in the last video where I shredded up chicken I got the wishbone and I wish that Tom Brady would play for the bucks this year because he had retired and guess what this man came out of retirement and is playing for the bucks so this time I’m
Wishing that one of my subscribers wins 100 million dollars and can take care of their whole family well I’m not really sure why I broke it or what that means but I do wish that all right once you’ve got a pile of poultry we’re gonna run our knife
Through it a few times because we don’t want huge chunks of chicken we do want some texture in there but we’re not trying to get giant chunks so I’ll just rub my knife through it about 15 or 20 times just trying to cut those big strands up into little chunks that way
It’s way easier to scoop up onto our chips all right once you’ve got a nice Chop on your chicken you can just scoop it up now as I said you can heat the stuff the stuffed pan or you could go crock pot style football game is pretty long so I think a crock
Pot Works we’re gonna put on a low heat yes and then we are going in with one cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce I wouldn’t do that one cup of your favorite Ranch and hopefully it’s the more seasoning ranch all right now my recipe calls for one block or eight ounces of Philadelphia Cream Cheese this is 12 and I’m feeling a little frisky today so let’s just try the whole thing and see what happens
All right while that’s melting we gotta season our chicken a little bit so I’m going in with about half a teaspoon of some smoked paprika you know what let’s just call it three quarters a teaspoon and the same thing with our garlic powder we’ll do about three quarters a
Teaspoon then we’re gonna go in with a few dashes of our what the sauce here we go one two three Viola just measure with your heart I’m sure it’s beautiful white distilled vinegar can’t have a good buffalo sauce without some white distilled vinegar and I’m just gonna do
A tiny little splash and there it is about a teaspoon’s worth we’re gonna Crank that like Soldier Boy 30 times let’s get it and now we mix it’s winter time and birds fly soft for the winter so let’s have them fly south into our that was just a horrible
Analogy I’m sorry put it in the crock pot as hell I’m so fussy man I literally the first time I’ve ever worn this shirt and I never spill anything on me in the kitchen anyway we got a pan medium-high heat we’re going in with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and then we
Want to make sure it’s hot enough to where we’re gonna hear a nice little sear just like that these onions up give them a nice toss just like that perfect we want to cook these down for about five minutes until they get nice translucent maybe a little bit Brown
We’re gonna add some pepper in there for some flavor as well about 20 to 30 cranks all right once you get a little toast action on these tear jerkers we’re just gonna scoop them into the chicken dip mix the onions bring that flavor that texture foreign
So here I’ve got a bowl of some sassy teenager and you might be asking me yeah I’m gonna put it like this okay so I’m going to hell for that hey we got two cups in here we’re putting one cup directly into the buffalo dip just like this sprinkle sprinkle sprinkle sprinkle
And after you sprinkle that in we’re going in with a little dance a rain dance of chives look at that perfect all those chives in there and I want you to see what this looks like it’s gonna look beautiful ladies and gentlemen Round of Applause Round of Applause let me get

And now we’re gonna cover it up with a layer of cheese on top we’re gonna broil this bake it down so it’s got a nice stringy cheese layer all right here we go we’re gonna be real bougie real big pain in the ass look at this real quick

My dude – use a block of Tillamook cheddar cheese. It’s definitely more expensive, but I’m telling you the creaminess of the cheese is unlike any other!
