Legitimately the BEST low cal bread- from the texture to the taste, it is exactly just like natures own honey wheat bread. It’s so sweet and soft, I had to check the nutritional facts in damn disbelief that it’s only 35 cals. Paired it up with some sf strawberry jam and omg it might as well be cake

Do you mind if I ask what store you got this from?

My brother recently told me about this stuff! He said it’s fantastic! I’ve been meaning to get to Walmart to find it. Now I’m definitely going to have to go soon! It sounds awesome.

Aldi has a really good one, too. It’s 35 calories per slice. Previously we’d been eating Hero brand, which is really good but crazy expensive.

Do yourself a real solid go to salvation army or goodwill and find a used breadmaker and start experimenting.
Chocolate protein powder and p2b with carob chips to cinnamon roll protein powder and crasins, zucchini bread, “corn” bread… It’s all good. You can make other cakes/baked goods. But one of my other favs is meatloaf or salmon loaf or casseroles- set and forget.
Low calorie bread is very expensive and this way you can add any micronutrients you want (just check if heating retains nutritional content)

  5. Never seen any variety othet than white and wheat. I hope i find this soon…

    Is this new?

  6. Are the slices super thin to get such low calories?
