Fresh, clean and filling eats for ~300 cal

    This is pork tenderloin prepared sous vide style (which is always :chefskiss:) It’s seasoned with allspice, oregano and garlic.

    Served with toasted Israeli cous cous + spinach, with a feta + cucumber + tomato + Lemon + dill salad mixed in. I also put a dollop of homemade cottage cheese tzaziki sauce on it which was shockingly good.

    This all sounds like work but it came together so fast.

    My partner is not into “health” and he said this meal tastes super fresh and if he *has* to eat healthy this is what he’d want 😁
