
I know Reubens are made with corned beef, but I smoked a pastrami and had to make a couple Reubens for me and my wife. Boars head Swiss from the deli counter, boars head sauerkraut, homemade 1000 island dressing. I prefer the standard Russian dressing, wife prefers 1000 island, so we compromised and did 1000 island.

Looks great. I like a little more toasted bread and more cheese but I would definitely give this a try.
