Tuna and spicy tuna made at home

    I think I used a little too much mayonnaise in the spicy tuna. I am still working on getting the hand rolling correct. This was my first time doing an inside out roll which is why I had trouble. I feel pretty good about the tuna roll but I think I need to use less rice. The nigiri was awkward but I was working with a small ahi tuna steak so it was hard to cut an appropriately shaped piece.
