Made another recipe from Stella. I doubled the batch to fit it in my Bundt pan.
The cake is intense with chocolate flavor and not sweet at all. Since a list of ingredients is simple, EVOO does come through. EVOO that I used is recommended by serious eats and from a brand called Frankie. It’s pretty good but somehow tastes kinda stale to me. Not sure maybe it’s just how my taste bud works 😅
